The VOICE ALIVE Weekend
The foundation of Sylvia’s vocal offerings
For those new to voice work It is two days of receiving illuminating understanding of your voice and vocal activation.
This is transformational work suited to those ready to be courageous ; to make the move away from stagnancy and old narratives into a richly embodied authentic presence.
If you are an experienced vocaliser it offers new perspectives and may perhaps provide answers that more traditional approaches to the voice have not.
If you are curious and come with an open mind, heart, spirit and body can be nourished and renewed. It is weekend of initiation and awakening and will ask for your full participation.
Over the weekend a new sense of self is seeded, activated, expressed. For many this container offers the first opportunity to feel the power of their own voice and to experience how much it is welcomed by others.

It is the norm for people to think of voice work as something you do when you want to sing, perform, or present more effectively.
In reality, our voice is a complex, multi-dimensional world of wonder and insight.
It is inextricably linked to our experience of what it is to be human; to be fully embodied, to have functional relationships, to speak your truth with ease, to trust your purpose and contribution in the world.
Through the power of resonance and vibration, your voice connects, heals and integrates. Breath, sound, connection to core and inner focus are the pathways.
As we step out of our body, feelings, thoughts, and our essence are simultaneously activated, and we can begin the journey to realignment and authenticity.
This strengthens you in your daily life, work and personal relationships as you embody your unique essence with more ease, safety and pleasure.

Beyond word is Word – the Sound of life itself as it hums in our being. This level of awareness give rise to Light Language, Healing Sound and Cosmic communion.
We work with the Drum, Breath, Bodywork ,Tone, Song and Visualisation to awaken Flow and Surrender – a life-affirming experience of magnetism not the old pathways of pressure. Beyond the control of the ego mind Sound provides a pathway to the ineffable. Curiosity and an open heart is all you need to begin your journey.

Tuning to Joy
This is a one-day workshop which is a blend of voice work and Family Constellation processes. It is suitable for those of you experienced with Voice Alive and Soul Voice or beginners to this work.
It is both a refresher and a gentle way to meet the Four Elements, Frequency and the Field. This is a potent combination which anchors the voice work in your personal energetic field and offers you insight into your current modes of operating.
Also it’s a great way to keep up the practice of voice, which is advised for lasting vocal strengthening and confidence, and to reconnect with community. Time for sharing and personal sound healing are hot favourites.
TUNING TO JOY is designed to provide continuity and connection for the Stellar Voice community as each workshop is unique, being fitted to the particular blend of participants .

It is beginners level workshop offering basic voice work, and Constellation work with a specific focus on Grounding, Authenticity and finding your Place.
