Voice is vibration and linked to the flow of breath and feeling in your life. When you release your voice, you increase the well-being of body, mind and heart.
Your 1:1 sessions can be focused to support performance, public speaking, teaching and singing or simply more authentic communication in your daily life.

If your vocal development is a major focus, a series of 6-8 classes is advised. Sylvia works with the spoken voice, but her teaching offers a solid activation for beginner singers and a rich refresher for professionals.
Stellar Frequency Healing
Stellar Healing sits at the core of Sylvia’s practice. It is a comprehensive system of deep healing and renewal working with the somatic intelligence of your body and information from the etheric field to update and transform your being.
Each session is unique as the field responds to the issues and questions that are current for the client. The three session process allows layers to emerge for gentle clearing over 6-8 weeks.
This process is unique to Sylvia who works intuitively, working with many strands of skill and experience to meet each client’s needs. The Stellar Healing modality has been downloaded to Sylvia from Source and distilled by spirit over 30 years ensuring it is now a potent vehicle of transformation and soul alignment.
It works on the multi-dimensional being, meaning that a session answers subtle and major concerns through a blend of ancestral clearing, mental body clearing, balancing of physical and emotional fields and past life clearing when appropriate.
The benefits clients report include : gaining understanding of and relief from long-term issues and challenges, clearing of depression, over-thinking and anxiety, increased physical wellbeing and ease, emotional balance, deepening of spiritual connection, more ease in communication, business breakthroughs and improvements in personal and family relationships.
This work requires a readiness to dive deep. To anchor the healing journey and allow for integration, three initial sessions 2-3 weeks apart are recommended. Single sessions are available as a trial or on request.

Family Constellation helps us find our place. It reveals the mysteries of why we feel pain and confusion around certain people and issues in our life and brings profound relief to many.
It is both subtle and remarkable work based on the movement of the Soul Impulse in the body, a movement which reveals the shared language of being human and its power to support each other’s healing through Unity. It is known to offer insight where other modalities have been unable to yield answers.
Family Constellation therapy can be experienced as a 1:1 session with a Facilitator and as group work. Both are powerful.
Stellar Mentoring: Song of the Soul
Sometimes we need a container to hold us while we work through a process of healing, grounding, and rebirth into the next stage of our lives.
Sylvia is offering a six-month mentoring programme beginning in February 2027 for those who feel called to reveal and clear the issues holding them to the past, so they may move into a future of their own making.
Within the offerings of STELLAR HEALING, there are many layers of work that offer the potential for transformation, creating new pathways in your life. These are voice activation, healing of physical, mental and emotional concerns, relationship counselling, ancestral clearing, spiritual mentoring, womb healing, shamanic journeying and performance coaching.
The more body, mind and spirit are embodied and activated the clearer the connection between all strands of your multi-dimensional consciousness.
Sylvia is offering this six-month container to a few souls who are hungry for deep clearing and who will benefit from ongoing support.

In the initial part of the session, the themes of the session are revealed through conversation with the client about their concerns and goals. Once the field is activated, the client moves to a massage table (fully clothed) or remains sitting if that is their preference.
For this second part of the session, Sylvia is guided to work physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. When the work is spiritual, the framework is a process that offers insight into the ancestral / personal bond, allowing the client to release many layers of false understanding and emotional burdening. Similar clearing and healing works when working on physical or mental issues.

The initial session is two to two and a half hours, which allows time to explore the underlying patterns and for the healing process to be anchored.
Later sessions can be of varying length; they can be shorter or, on occasion, can last three hours.
The longer time also allows for a blend of modalities if that is what is called for; eg some Family Constellation work followed by table work.

It is recommended that an individual commit to three initial sessions (of 2/2.5 hrs), two to three weeks apart. This allows the first healing cycle to complete.
Each individual is different. After the initial series, some people will feel called to continue with fortnightly sessions, some once every few months, some may choose to explore another modality on offer.

There is no special preparation required. Simply come with an open mind and willingness to benefit. Sylvia will guide the session at all times in a safe and supportive way.
It is advised to clear three hours for the session and to ideally leave some space to integrate after it; time to sit, walk in nature.

Yes, sessions can be done in person or online using Zoom or other platforms. This allows Sylvia to work with people from all over the world.

Sessions cost $260 .
If any session goes over the two and a half hours an extra payment of $50 per half hour is appreciated .
