Stellar Healing sits at the core of Sylvia’s practice. It is a comprehensive system of deep healing and renewal working with the somatic intelligence of your body and information from the etheric field to update and transform your being.
This process is unique to Sylvia who works intuitively, working with many strands of skill and experience to meet each client’s needs. The Stellar Healing modality has been downloaded to Sylvia from Source and distilled by spirit over 30 years, ensuring it is now a potent vehicle of transformation and soul alignment.
Each session is unique as the field responds to the issues and questions that are current for the client. The process allows layers to emerge for gentle clearing over 6-8 weeks.
It works on the multi-dimensional being, meaning that a session answers both subtle and major concerns through a blend of ancestral clearing, mental body clearing, balancing of physical and emotional fields and past life clearing when appropriate.

In the initial part of the session the themes of the session are revealed through conversation with the client about their concerns and goals . Once the field is activated the client moves to a massage table ( fully clothed ) or remains sitting if that is their preference.
For this second part of the session Sylvia is guided to work physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. When the work is spiritual the process offers insight into the ancestral / personal bond allowing the client to release many layers of false understanding and emotional burdening. Similar clearing and healing when working on physical or mental issues.

The initial session is two to two and half hours which allows time to explore the underlying patterns and for the healing process to be anchored.
Later sessions can be of varying length ; they can be shorter or on occasion can last three hours .
The longer time also allows for a blend of modalities if that is what is called for ; eg some Family Constellation work followed by table work.
No session is exactly the same as the healing teams that are working with you will bring in exactly what is required each time. You are safe as they will only offer what you can handle, nothing more.

It is recommended that you commit to three initial sessions (of 2/2.5hrs) two to three weeks apart. This allows the first healing cycle to complete.
Each individual is different . After the initial series some people will feel called to continue with fortnightly sessions, some once every few months , some may choose to explore another modality on offer or some may feel complete for this period,
A Voice Alive weekend can be useful in exposing deeper emotional or physical blocks affecting the voice.

There is no special preparation required . Simply come with an open mind and willingness to benefit . Sylvia will guide the session at all times in a safe and supportive way.
It is advised to clear three hours for the session and to ideally leave some space to integrate after it ; time to sit, walk in nature. And please drink lots of water.
Integration of the session happens in the days following and this is where the shifts anchor into your life. You may feel more emotional than usual, your mind may play out old stories or you may feel fabulous . Again each person is unique but however your integration happens it is important to trust that what is happening is just what your body requires and flow with the process.

Yes , sessions can be done in person or online using Zoom or other platforms. This allows Sylvia to work with people from all over the world .
