Over six days, we journey through the Four Elements in depth. We begin in Ether and end our Hero’s Journey in the Stars.
Each day we move, explore some Family Constellation process and spend time
journalling. Over the week we meditate, take a Shamanic Journey and receive personal
Sound Healing. You will enjoy a rich time of personal discovery as you allow your Soul
Frequency to dance,
DAY ONE: ETHER: We gather and take time to arrive. We honour the past and ground in the PRESENT. We breathe in with gratitude; we breathe out and release. We chart the Journey and clarify intentions. Who is the New Human? We are Resonating!
DAY TWO: EARTH: We honour Mother Earth we stand on and the Earth of our Body.
We open to NOURISHMENT & AUTHENTICITY and learn to take our place and our time.
DAY THREE: WATER: Let’s drop into the WELL and find our FLOW. Reconnect with your your woman/man - hood, your creative core, your passion, your sound. Let’s revel in
the divine wisdom of water and all it has to teach us.
DAY FOUR: FIRE: Who are we in RELATIONSHIP? When we dance in the sun and
allow ourselves to be seen and heard ? When we play and ignite our spirit fire? Today we
call on CLARITY to inspire new definitions of our Needs, our Play and Self-Love.
DAY FIVE: AIR: Today we connect with our HEART TONE and invite our inner child to
speak from their heart . We nurture our IMAGINATION and VISION as it reveals what is
ready to emerge and we offer our stories to the Quantum Field to heal and prepare for our
next steps.
DAY SIX: SOUL STAR: This morning we meet in community, realigned with our personal
vision and vibrating to our highest frequency. We share and receive gifts of inspiration and
purpose and embrace the Life Force as it affirms our timeline from past to future.
