Authentic Voice Training
If you are struggling with your voice in any way, Sylvia offers ease, understanding and the opportunity to clear throat chakra blockage. Working as a vocal coach and healer, she offers a holistic approach to voice training, which allows you to build a solid embodied relationship with your communication and sound.
Sylvia blends her formative vocal training with Kristin Linklater, USA ( Freeing the Natural Voice ) and Healing with Sound ( Lichtenberg Institute, Germany) using the framework of her own training modality, Four Elements Voice. Each session offers a personal diagnostic, vocal technique individually tailored to your needs and a structure for development.
For those ready to sing; Sylvia sings, is not a classical singing teacher, but her teaching offers a solid ground and activation for all beginners - and a rich refresher for professionals.
Each session is unique; the body knows which layer of clearing it is ready to work with, and Sylvia facilitates this process.
You will find relief from long-term issues with your voice, your communication, relationship difficulties and also physical and spiritual concerns.
Sylvia blends a variety of healing modalities to restore balance of mind, heart and body. It is recommended to do three sessions to start, 2-3 weeks apart, allowing for deep transformation to integrate over this period.
Sessions are on a massage table, fully clothed.

Sylvia works with the physical vessel to clear the energy field using Sound Healing. She has refined her voice as a tool of healing over 30 years and uses toning , light language and breath to bring the body and emotions into balance.

A therapeutic approach that reveals generational dynamics held in the ancestral line. In a session, we work with a specific issue using representatives of family members and archetypes to bring what is hidden to light.
This work opens the pathway to deep understanding and forgiveness of self and family members.
