WHO IS SYLVIA RANDS?
Sylvia is a guiding light in New Zealand’s wellbeing landscape, a skilled facilitator of personal transformation through sound and voice activation. She moved beyond traditional voice teaching to offer clients a journey into embodied, potent expression which directly confronts and transforms issues of confidence, silencing, creative stagnation and spiritual disconnection.
CREATIVE ROOTS
Her intuitive base was forged in the fires of professional performing arts training and her early love and practice of music. Her university studies ignited a passion for language, poetry and Shakespeare which led her to create solo shows which toured the professional circuit and taught her the power of authentic presence. She has since shared her learning with hundreds of people worldwide.
SCIENCE AND SPIRITUALITY
Sylvia has been immersed in metaphysical study and alternative healing methods since her youth. Creative frustration in her acting career led her to train with vocal masters in USA and France ; as her voice ignited her passion returned, and it is this re-connection she has formulated and teaches in her Four Elements Voice workshops and 1:1 coaching .
In 1996 she trained in Sound Healing with the Lichtenberg Institute, Germany, deepening the marriage of science and spirit within her work. This awakening lead to her being guided to receive her unique healing practice, Stellar Healing.
TRAINING AND TECHNIQUES
Sylvia’s hunger for learning has led her to study a wide range of healing modalities ; grounding practices of Breath, Tone and Sound, the deep insights of Family Constellation Therapy, the delicate shifts of Inner Child work and Reiki, the rhythms of earth-based Shamanic teachings and the simple power of the Emotion Code. Stellar Healing is intuitively guided energetic working with the specific concerns of each client. Sylvia offers spiritual training including meeting Guides and Spirit teams, clearing attachments and entities, mentoring, channelling Ascended Masters and guides. She is able to provide clients with a blend tailored to their needs which over a series of sessions facilitates genuine transformation in their lives.

Sylvia’s life journey has a been a path of returning to balance and conscious living by facing with her shadow aspects, trauma and generational imprints alongside practise of creativity, meditation and gratitude. She is unafraid to dive deep and this provides her clients with a safe space in which to explore. As mother and grandmother she is witness to women’s experience and the healing that is possible within families – and all partnerships.
At the core of all her work is her commitment to Organic process and living. Her work with the Four Elements : Earth, Water, Fire and Air is central to all she teaches and she holds mastery in these fields. The beginning is Breath , connecting us to all life and each other. The human being in loving community can create wonders.

Sylva is an intuitive who offers processes and training based on a blend of wisdom teachings and cutting-edge science gathered from intensive training with vocal and spiritual masters across the world.
At the heart of Sylvia’s work is a passionate commitment to women’s vocal empowerment and restoring the value of the ‘powers’ of the deep Feminine in both men and women : the flow of Feeling, Water and Intuition anchored in Nature andCulture.
These principles become the hub of a coherent heart and reset our nervous system. Her work is rooted in the transformation that comes from releasing what has been silenced, balancing feminine and masculine within, providing safety beyond trauma and releasing ancestral bonds which limit the present moment .
Sylvia’s foundational vocal training Four Elements Voice offers a unique holistic approach to the voice, reconnecting people to their core and essence, clarifying and updating identity and purpose. She has taught Voice in tertiary training across Australasia, had an illustrious career as actor and director, worked as celebrant, counsellor and sound-healer with a wide variety of clients from the creative industries, public workshops and corporate training.
Her work as a healer centres around her unique energetic healing modality Stellar Healing, Systemic Family Constellations, Immersion Sound events and channelling.
